Prayer opportunities
Prayer Breakfast first Sunday in the month. Continental breakfast served at 7.30am followed by time of prayer until 8.15 am. Held in the Turret Hall.
Evening Prayer Group second Tuesday in the month at 7.30pm. Held at 6 The Avenue, Ipswich.
Sign up to the Prayer Chain, to be notified of specific Prayer requests, and to be asked to pray wherever you are.
Listening Ear Service
A member of the church fellowship (CRB checked) will be on hand to listen to any concerns and provide sympathetic and confidential help. It takes place in the Church Lounge 12 -12.30 pm Sundays, and 10.30-11.30 am on Tuesdays, either in the lounge or in the Tots+ session.
Keep Fit
Mondays 2.00 - 3.00 pm.
Movement to Music for the over-50s. Open to all.

Emmaus Groups
Monday 10.30 am or Monday 7.30 pm or Tuesday 2.00 pm
All are welcome to these Bible Study groups, for learning
and frank discussion. They meet for a session of 4 - 6
weeks at a time, according to the needs of the members.
The themes vary from group to group

Friendship Evening Group
Tuesdays twice monthly 7.30 pm
A group for everyone which meets in the Langston Hall adjoining the church. There is a current membership of 33 people who meet to hear speakers on a wide range of subjects including history, local interest, crafts, travel, wildlife etc.

attending Christ Church are eligible to join us. Events are
organised during the year.

Over 60’s Lunch
Wednesdays fortnightly 12.00 noon
This lunch club is run in conjunction with Age UK and
is much appreciated by those who attend, both for the
excellent lunch served and the fellowship shared.

religious and secular.

The Middle Group
First Thursday of each month in the evening
The groups meets socially and informally as a means of
getting to know one another and is ideal for members new
to the church or those ‘on the edges’. Activities are many
and varied.

Line Dancing
Fridays 2.30 – 4.00 pm
Beginners are invited to come along on a Friday
afternoon; they meet in the church hall and have 20-30
members so you won’t feel alone!

The choir has 13 members, men and women of all ages.
They enrich our worship with choral music, which is both
traditional and modern. Come and join them.
