This lunch club is run in conjunction with Age Concern and is much appreciated by those who attend, both for the excellent lunch served and the fellowship shared.

Beginners are invited to come along on a Friday afternoon; they meet in the church hall and have 20-30 members so you won ’t feel alone!

Frugal Lunches for Christian Aid

Mondays 12 noon – 1.30 pm

Volunteers serve lunch from September to June except for bank holidays. Home-made soup, bread, cheese and a cup of tea or coffee are served for £1.20. Over the years over £11,000 has been raised for Christian Aid. All are welcome. Please follow the signs to the church hall.

The church is usually open for quietness and prayer. Why not take time out of a busy day to ‘recharge the batteries’.

Friendship Evening Group

Tuesdays twice monthly 7.30 pm

A group for everyone which meets in the Langston Hall adjoining the church. There is a current membership of 33 people who meet to hear speakers on a wide range of subjects including history, local interest, crafts, travel, wildlife etc.
